摘 要:为有效利用和开发大果番茄种质资源,以收集到的69份大果番茄为研究材料,对其相关的25个表型性状(14个质量性状和11个数量性状)进行遗传多样性和聚类分析。结果表明,在质量性状中多样性指数最高的是萼片形状(1.33);数量性状中最高的是果实纵径(2.03);变异系数最大的是果柄洼木栓化大小(46.32%);在欧氏距离12处将供试材料分为5个类群,第3类群的6个材料,果实最大,平均单果质量为215.78 g,无绿肩、无簇生花、无畸形果,田间表现最良好,可做优良的种质资源进一步应用于大果番茄的育种和生产中。In order to effectively utilize and develop the germplasm resources of large-fruit tomatoes,the genetic diversity and clustering analysis of 25 related phenotypic traits(14 qualitative traits and 11 quantitative traits)were carried out by using the collected 69 large fruit tomatoes as research materials。The results showed that the highest diversity index among the quality traits was sepal shape(1.33),the highest quantitative trait was fruit longitudinal diameter(2.03),and the largest coefficient of variation was the stalk wood emboli size(46.32%).The tested materials were divided into 5 groups at Euclide distance 12.The 6 materials of the third group,respectively,had the largest fruit with an average fruit weight of 215.78 g,no green shoulder,no cluster flowers and no malformed fruit,and showed the best performance in the field,which could be further applied in the breeding and production of large fruit tomato.
