财务共享中心存在的风险及对策研究——以中石化为例

摘　　要：在智慧财务背景下,越来越多的大中型集团开始采用财务共享中心这一新型财务管理模式。以中石化财务共享中心为例,从风险管理视角,分析了该财务共享中心存在的风险,如组织结构风险、流程风险、项目风险、信息技术风险等,通过对风险形成动因的分析,提出了重新建立人员分工、强化业财交流、对财会人员进行专门培训等建议,为企业财务共享中心的风险管理提供参考。Under the context of intelligent finance,an increasing number of large-and middle-sized groups start to adopt a new type of financial management model,which is called financial sharing center.From the perspective of risk management,the essay takes the financial sharing center of Sinopec as an example to analyze the risks it may exist,including Organization Structure Risk,Process Risk,Project Risk,Information Technology Risk and so on.Based on the analysis of the causes that lead to the risks,the essay points out such suggestions as staff reshuffling,business-finance exchange strengthening,professional financial staff training and so on,thus providing references for risk management of financial sharing centers in corporations and groups.
