民用飞机型号合格审定阶段结构件构型落实的制造符合性检查

摘　　要：根据我国法律,民用飞机投入市场运营前,民航监管机构需要对其进行型号合格审定,以证明飞机的设计符合适航规章要求。设计构型及其落实的审查是贯穿民用飞机型号合格审定全过程的核心。文章从适航规章对民用飞机的构型定义出发,提出了一种对设计构型落实进行制造符合性检查的方法,阐明了民用飞机型号合格审定阶段设计构型落实制造检查工作的重点,为提升民用飞机的型号合格审定效率提供了新思路。According to Chinese Law,the civil aviation agency needs to conduct the type certification before aircrafts enter the Chinese market,to prove that the design of aircrafts meets the requirements of airworthiness regulations.The certification of design and its implementation is the core in entire processes of civil aircraft type certification.This article started from the definition of the civil aircraft design in the airworthiness regulations and proposed a method of manufacturing compliance inspection for the implementation of the design.This method clarified the focus of the manufacturing compliance inspection in design and configuration stage,and provided new ideas to improve the efficiency of the civil aircraft type certification.
