摘 要:2021年开始,内蒙古自治区水文水资源中心根据新形势下水文服务面临的问题,以内蒙古自治区水利厅推进智慧水利大数据建设为契机,系统分析当前水文面临的新形势和挑战,规划构建内蒙古智慧水文一张图与服务共享平台。结合基础地理空间、水文监测、水文业务数据及全国水利一张图的服务,对各类数据资源进行统一的整合与应用,实现数据的集中处理和交换共享。基于矢量瓦片、云端一体化GIS、大数据可视化、微服务及多源数据融合技术,建成内蒙古智慧水文一张图与服务共享平台;在国家和水利行业相关标准规范的基础上,构建内蒙古水文一张图数据和服务共享的标准规范,为水文信息的综合应用、数字孪生流域建设及社会公共服务提供统一的平台支撑,拓展水文信息服务能力,提升内蒙古自治区水文信息化和智慧化管理水平。Since 2021, due to the challenges faced by hydrological services, the Hydrology and Water Resources Center of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region takes the opportunity to promote the big data development of smart water conservancy proposed by the Water Resources Department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, to systematically analyze the new situation and challenges faced, and plan to develop a smart hydrological map and service sharing platform. This system integrates basic geographic information, hydrological monitoring, hydrological business data and the service of a map for national water conservancy, applies various data resources in a standard process, and realizes centralized data processing, exchange and sharing. The platform is developed based on vector tiles, cloud integrated GIS, big data visualization, microservices and multi-source data fusion technologies. On the basis of relevant national and water conservancy industry standards and specifications, we have developed the standard specifications for data and service sharing of one hydrological map of Inner Mongolia. It provides a unified platform support for the comprehensive application of hydrological information, the development of digital twin river basins,and social public services. The capacity of hydrological information services is improved, as well as the hydrological information and intelligent management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
