摘 要:研究喷气增焓复叠式热泵系统,首先介绍其工作原理,然后根据其工作原理搭建实验样机。设计的喷气增焓复叠式空气源热泵系统可以单级运行制热,也可以两级复叠式运行制热。使用喷气增焓复叠式空气源热泵系统和实验测试系统,通过改变环境工况测试系统运行性能。结果表明,环境温度从-15℃上升至15℃时,单级运行系统制热量增加38.19%,功率降低32.64%,COP从2.21上升到4.54;复叠运行时随着压缩机频率增加,系统COP先增加后减小,系统存在最佳频率,同时系统排气温度增加。研发新型空气源热泵供暖取代传统煤炭取暖,解决传统空气源热泵在北方冬季低温环境中运行效率低、稳定性差的问题,使得空气源热泵能在北方地区推广具有重要的节能减排和绿色环保意义。This paper studies the enhanced vapor injection cascade heat pump system.Firstly,its working principle is introduced,and then the experimental prototype is built according to its working principle.The de-signed enhanced vapor injection cascade air source heat pump system can operate in single-stage or two-stage cascade.The enhanced vapor injection cascade air source heat pump system and experimental test system are used to test the operation performance of the system by changing the environmental conditions.The results show that when the ambient temperature rises from-15℃to 15℃,the heating capacity of the single-stage operation system increases by 38.19%,the power decreases by 32.64%,and the COP increases from 2.21 to 4.54;During cascade operation,with the increase of compressor frequency,the system cop first increases and then decreases,the system has the best frequency,and the system exhaust temperature increases at the same time.Research and development of new air source heat pump heating to replace the traditional coal heating,to solve the problem of low operating efficiency and poor stability of the traditional air source heat pump in the northern winter low temperature environment,so that the air source heat pump can be promoted in the northern region has important significance of energy saving,emission reduction and green environmental protection.
