摘  要:在大型火力发电厂、石油石化企业中,电动机是主要的耗能设备,因此电动机的节能一直是重要的研究课题。目前一些节能方案已普及应用,其中采用变频器是最普及的方案之一,对某些影响安全生产的重要电动机,还需配置备用变频器,而变频器电源的切换,需经停机、延时、合备用变频器、再启动电动机的过程,供电的短时中断会造成生产过程的不连续性,影响生产安全,为此,参考电厂厂用电快切方式,提出了一种适用于双变频电源系统的切换方案,为同类型的应用提供参考和借鉴。In large thermal power plants and petroleum and petrochemical enterprises,motor is the main energy-consuming equipment,so energy saving of motor has been an important research topic.At present,some energy-saving schemes have been widely applied,among which frequency converter is one of the most popular schemes.For some important motors that affect safety in production,it is necessary to configure a backup frequency converter.The switching of frequency converter power supply needs to go through the process of shutdown,delay,reserve frequency converter and restart motor.Short interruption of power supply will cause the discontinuity of production process and affect production safety.For this reason,a switching scheme suitable for dual frequency converter power system is proposed with reference to the power plant power fast-cut method,which provides reference and reference for the same type of application.
