摘 要:以三聚氰氨(CHN)为N源,制得N掺杂HZSM-5分子筛(N-HZSM-5)。以Pt为活性组分,N-HZSM-5为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列N掺杂Pt/HZSM-5催化剂,并探究了催化剂对甲烷部分氧化(POM)反应的催化性能。结果表明,将Pt负载到N-HZSM-5分子筛时形成的Pt-N物种,有助于增强活性组分Pt与载体之间的作用力,改善Pt颗粒的分散性,明显提升催化剂对POM反应的催化性能。其中,当m(C_(3)H_(6)N_(6))/m(HZSM-5)为1/2时,催化剂中的Pt-N物种含量(质量分数)最高,活性组分Pt与载体之间的作用力最强,Pt颗粒粒径最小,催化性能提升最显著,CH初始转化率提高了15%,CO选择性提高了18%,H选择性提高了5%。Using melamine(CHN)as nitrogen source,N-doped HZSM-5 molecular sieve(N-HZSM-5)was prepared.A series of N-doped Pt/HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by equal volume impregnation method with Pt as the active component and N-HZSM-5 as the carrier,and their catalytic performance for the partial oxidation of methane(POM)reaction was investigated.The results show that the Pt-N species form when Pt is loaded on the N-HZSM-5 molecular sieve contribute to enhance the force between the active component Pt and the carrier,which improve the dispersibility of Pt particles,and significantly improve the catalytic performance in POM reaction.Among them,when m(C_(3)H_(6)N_(6))/m(HZSM-5)is 1/2,the content(mass fraction)of Pt-N species in the catalyst is the highest,the force between the active component Pt and the carrier is the strongest,and the particle size of Pt particles is the smallest,the catalytic performance improves most significantly,the initial conversion rate of CHincreases by 15%,the CO selectivity increases by 18%,and the Hselectivity increases by 5%.
