摘  要:针对燃煤电厂大规模排放的CO_(2),研究了以600 MW锅炉年产百万吨级CO_(2)为原料,经CH_(4)-CO_(2)干重整制合成气(n(H_(2))/n(CO)为1.0、1.6和2.0),并分别用于生产3种目标产品(醋酸、直接还原铁和甲醇);对比了不同目标产品的工艺方案、装置规模、能耗水平、建设投资和技术经济性等。结果表明,生产甲醇合成气是CO_(2)大规模利用的最佳途径。该方案中,需要建设1套CO_(2)捕集装置和6套100000 m^(3)/h干重整转化装置,转化装置制合成气单位综合能耗为17.38 GJ/km^(3),工程建设总投资为636669×10^(4) CNY,单位合成气制造成本为1.05 CNY/m^(3),投资内部收益率(税后)为14.17%,静态投资回收期为7.9 a。In view of the large-scale CO_(2) emission from coal-fired power plants,with megaton of CO_(2) from 600 MW boilers as raw material,the production of syngas(n(H_(2))/n(CO)is 1.0,1.6 and 2.0)by CH_(4)-CO_(2) dry reforming and three corresponding target products(acetic acid,direct reduction iron and methanol)were studied.The process scheme,unit scale,energy consumption,construction investment and technical economy of different target products were compared.The results show that the production of methanol syngas is the best way for large-scale utilization of CO_(2).In this scheme,one set of CO_(2) capture unit and six sets of 100000 m^(3)/h dry reforming units need to be built.The unit comprehensive energy consumption of the reforming unit to produce syngas is 17.38 GJ/km^(3),and the total investment of project construction is 636669×10^(4) CNY,the unit manufacturing cost of syngas is 1.05 CNY/m^(3),the internal rate of return(after tax)is 14.17%,and the static payback period is 7.9 a.
