摘  要:为了验证双循环流化床粉煤加压气化制取合成气的效果,在处理量为100 t/d的工业试验装置上对粒径为0~300μm的崔木煤进行了连续运行试验,考察了双循环流化床加压气化的产物产率及产品性质。结果表明,在一级循环流化床温度为980℃、二级循环流化床温度为1100℃及压力为3.5~4.0 MPa的条件下,通过高温、活性气氛、短接触时间与高温固体颗粒高倍率循环的协同影响,工业试验装置在接近灰熔点温度下稳定运行。与一级循环流化床相比,二级循环流化床合成气中H_(2)和CO含量(体积分数,下同)分别增加3.56%和5.75%,CO_(2)和CH_(4)含量分别降低3.86%和2.39%,冷煤气效率和碳转化率分别增加8.44%和7.49%,飞灰和气化灰渣的固定碳含量分别降低10.27%和6.46%。工业试验装置的合成气产率为2.12 m^(3)/kg,有效气H_(2)含量为33.18%~36.25%,CO含量为41.04%~45.96%,热值为10119.03~10584.89 kJ/m^(3),碳转化率为96.13%,冷煤气效率为73.56%,实现了双循环流化体系中粉煤的深度转化与合成气的高效产出。To verify the effect of pressurized gasification of pulverized coal in double circulating fluidized bed to produce syngas,the continuous operation tests of Cuimu coal with particle size of 0μm to 300μm were carried out in an industrial pilot plant with a processing capacity of 100 t/d,and the product yield and product properties of pressurized gasification in the double circulating fluidized bed were investigated.The results show that with the condition of 980℃ for the primary circulating fl uidized,1100℃ for the secondary circulating fluidized and 3.5 MPa to 4.0 MPa,the synergistic effect of high temperature,active atmosphere,short contract time and high rate circulation of high temperature solid particles,the industrial test device operates stably at the temperature close to the ash melting point.Compared with the primary circulating fluidized bed,the content(volume fraction,the same below)of H_(2) and CO in syngas of the secondary circulating fluidized bed increases by 3.56% and 5.75%,and the content of CO_(2) and CH_(4) decreases by 3.86% and 2.39%.The efficiency of cold gas and carbon conversion increases by 8.44% and 7.49%,and the fixed carbon content of fly ash and gasification ash decreases by 10.27% and 6.46%,respectively.Syngas yield of the industrial test device is 2.12 m^(3)/kg,the content of H_(2) and CO in syngas is 33.18% to 36.25% and 41.04% to 45.96%,the calorific value is 10119.03 kJ/m^(3) to 10584.89 kJ/m^(3),the conversion rate of carbon is 96.13%,and the efficiency of cold gas is 73.56%,realizing the deep conversion of pulverized coal and the high-efficiency output of syngas in the double circulating flu idized system.
