呼包鄂城市群物流业与区域经济协同演化特征及提升路径

摘　　要：呼包鄂城市群是我国“一带一路”北向通道的核心区域,物流业在区域经济发展中具有重要作用。利用耦合协同模型,分析近10年呼包鄂城市群物流业与区域经济的协同特征,探索提升呼包鄂城市群物流业与区域经济协同度的有效路径。研究表明,呼包鄂城市群及各城市的物流业与区域经济间协同度均从濒临失衡初期发展为相互磨合的中期,但物流业发展水平明显低于经济发展水平,提升呼包鄂城市群物流业与区域经济协同的关键路径为提升呼和浩特和包头物流业发展水平、提升鄂尔多斯市区域经济发展水平和加强鄂尔多斯物流业与经济的深度融合。Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos urban agglomeration was the core area of northbound channel for“the belt and road”in China,logistics industry played a significant role in the regional economic development.According to the coupling and coordination model,there analyzed characteristics of the coordination between the logistics industry and regional economy for Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos urban agglomeration in recent 10 years,which explored and enhanced the effective path of synergy degree between the logistics industry and regional economy in Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos urban agglomeration.The results showed that the degree of synergy between the logistics industry and the regional economy had developed from the initial stage of imbalance to the middle stage of mutual running in Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos urban agglomeration and the individual cities,but the development level of logistics industry was lower than the development level of regional economy.The key paths to increase the synergy between the logistics industry and the regional economy of Hohhot-Baotou-Erdos urban agglomeration were to improve the development level of the logistics industry in Hohhot and Baotou,to improve the development level of the regional economy in Erdos,and to enhance the deep integration of the logistics industry and the regional economy in Erdos.
