摘　　要：发展全过程人民民主是中国式现代化的本质要求。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记立足我国国情和社会主义民主发展实践,积极回应人民群众的时代关切,提出了全过程人民民主的重要理念。习近平关于全过程人民民主重要论述具有深刻的理论底蕴和实践基础,丰富的内容呈现和切实有效的实践路径。这些重要论述彰显了以人民为中心的发展理念,丰富了中国特色社会主义民主政治的内涵,体现了发展为了人民、发展依靠人民、发展成果由人民共享的实践要求,为人类民主事业的发展贡献了中国智慧和中国方案。People's democracy is an essential requirement of Chinese modernization.Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping,based on China's national conditions and the practice of socialist democratic development,has actively responded to the people's concerns of the time and put forward an important concept of the whole process of people's democracy.Xi Jinpings important exposition on the whole process of people's democracy has profound theoretical deposits and practical foundation,rich content presentation and practical and effective practice path.These important discussions demonstrate the concept of people—centered development,enrich socialist democracy with Chinese characteristics,demonstrate the practical requirements of pursuing development for the people,relying on the people,and sharing the fruits of development with the people,and contribute China's wisdom and solutions to the development of human democracy.
