摘　　要：团结奋斗是中国共产党创造历史伟业的宝贵经验,始终贯穿党的百年伟业,贯穿西藏发展始终。西藏和平解放以来各个历史时期的发展充分证明团结奋斗是建设社会主义现代化新西藏的历史必然。马克思主义及其中国化进程中发展形成的团结奋斗理论,在西藏具体实践中得到特色发展,是科学指引建设社会主义现代化新西藏的理论必然。新征程,把握战略机遇、应对风险挑战、实现工作目标、实现伟大梦想需要西藏各族人民接续奋斗,是建设社会主义现代化新西藏的现实必然。Unity and struggle is the valuable experience of the Communist Party of China in creating the great cause of history,which runs through the centennial great cause of the Party and the development of Tibet.The development of Tibet in various historical periods since its peaceful liberation fully proves that unity and struggle is the historical inevitability of building a new socialist modern Tibet.The theory of unity and struggle developed in the course of Marxism and its Sinicization has been developing with characteristics in the concrete practice of Tibet,which is the theoretical necessity to scientifically guide the construction of a new socialist modern Tibet.In the new journey,the people of all ethnic groups in Tibet need to make continuous efforts to grasp the strategic opportunities,cope with the risks and challenges,achieve the goals of our work,and realize our great dreams.This is the inevitable reality of building a new modern socialist Tibet.
