隔层胶结差窜槽岩心模型建立及封堵规律研究

摘  要:对纵向上存在多层非均质性的储层进行多层合采时,系统间的渗流阻力存在差异,导致不同渗透率级别的储层之间发生窜流现象,储层之间相互污染,影响后续措施的进行。为此,对隔层胶结差窜槽岩心模型进行了研究,分析化学堵剂在该窜槽模型中的封窜规律。研发的一套封窜物理模拟装置,可模拟隔层胶结差窜槽实验流程。利用人造岩心及中间致密隔层模拟隔层胶结差窜槽,通过隔层上不同缺口位置控制窜槽距离的远近。以窜槽模型的突破压力、堵剂分布规律及岩心的封堵率作为评价手段,从窜槽位置、段塞组合方式分析隔层胶结差封窜规律。研究结果表明,在渗流路径上的岩心堵剂含量较高,封堵情况较好,而不在渗流路径上的岩心不能被堵剂大范围波及,只能有少量堵剂进入其中,也没能形成有效封堵。封堵近端窜槽,采用只注入1.0 PV堵剂的封窜剂效果最好;封堵中距离窜槽及远距离窜槽,采用注入0.6 PV堵剂+0.4 PV凝胶的封堵效果最好。When conducting multi-layer combined production for reservoirs with multi-layer heterogeneity in the vertical direction,there are differences in seepage resistance between systems,resulting in channeling between reservoirs with different permeability levels,and mutual pollution between reservoirs,affecting the implementation of subsequent measures.Therefore,the core model of poor interlayer cementation channeling is studied,and the channeling plugging regularity of chemical plugging agent in the channeling model is analyzed.A set of sealing channeling physical simulation device developed can simulate the experimental process of poor interlayer cementation channeling.The artificial core and the intermediate dense interlayer are used to simulate the poor cementation channeling of the interlayer,and the distance of channeling is controlled by different notch positions on the interlayer.Taking the breakthrough pressure of channeling model,the distribution law of plugging agent and the plugging rate of core as evaluation means,the channeling law of poor sealing and channeling of interlayer cementation is analyzed from the channeling position and slug combination mode.The results show that the core plugging agent content on the seepage path is higher and the plugging condition is better,while the core not on the seepage path cannot be swept by the plugging agent in a wide range,only a small amount of plugging agent can enter the core,and the effective plugging cannot be formed.The sealing channeling agent with only 1.0 PV plugging agent is the best way to block the proximal channeling.The best blocking effect is to inject 0.6 PV plugging agent+0.4 PV gel to block medium distance channeling and long-distance channeling.
