摘　　要：针对语言型决策存在着评估标度分布不均等问题,提出一种基于二元语义效用偏差集成算子的群决策方法。首先,定义一种能够反映语言评估标度分布结构的效用距离测度,并以此构造偏差最小化模型,从而给出符合直觉的两种语言型集成算子:二元语义效用偏差加权集成(TUVWA)算子与效用偏差有序加权集成(TUVOWA)算子;以及给出一种基于语言型集成算子的决策方法,并将所提方法应用在新型冠状病毒患者治疗方案的选择中,以验证其合理性与有效性。Aiming at the problem of unequal distribution of evaluation scales in linguistic decision making,a group decision making method based on 2-tuple utility bias ensemble operator is proposed.First,we define a utility distance measure that can reflect the scale distribution structure of language evaluation,and construct a bias minimization model based on this measure.Therefore,we give two intuitive language integration operators:TUVWA and TUVOWA.In addition,a decision making method based on lan-guage integration operator is proposed and applied to the choice of therapeutic regimen for novel Coronavirus patients to verify its rationality and effectiveness.
