关于易筋经导引法干预老年患者颈部疲劳的动态评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨老年人亚健康态颈部疲劳的疗法和疗效。方法 选取亚健康态的老年患者60例,随机分为两组。A组30例采用充气式颈椎牵引器治疗,B组30例采用习练古本易筋经十二势导引法治疗。采用亚健康态颈部疲劳症状量表(NNP)和颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)评分及国家中医药管理局出版的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》行疗效评价。结果 两组患者通过颈部疲劳的NNP和NDI评分对比分析,进而得出习练古本易筋经十二势导引法治疗的B组患者评分随着时间的推移,第4天、第7天、第10天、第30天其数值较充气式颈椎牵引器治疗的A组明显降低。习练古本易筋经十二势导引法治疗的B组疗效优于充气式颈椎牵引器治疗的A组。结论 习练易筋经导引法对亚健康态颈部疲劳有着积极治疗意义,阻碍其亚健康向疾病发展趋势,亦可提高生活质量,值得基层医院推广。Objective To explore the therapy and efficacy of sub-healthy neck fatigue in the elderly.Methods A total of 60 elderly patients in sub-healthy state were selected, of which 30 patients in group A were treated with inflatable cervical traction device.Group B was treated by practicing the Twelve Potential Guidance Method from Guben Yijinjing.Efficacy evaluation was performed using the Sub-healthy Neck Fatigue Symptom Scale(NNP)and cervical dysfunction index scale(NDI)scores, as well as the Criteria for the Diagnosis and Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Evidence published by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Results The two groups of patients were compared and analyzed by the NNP and NDI scores of neck fatigue, and then the scores of the patients in group B who practiced the Twelve Potential Guidance Method from Guben Yijinjing were significantly lower than those of group A treated with inflatable cervical traction device with the passage of time on the 4 th, 7 th, 10 th and 30 th days.A comparative analysis of the efficacy of the two groups of patients showed that the efficacy of group B,which practiced the treatment of Twelve Potential Guidance Method from Guben Yijinjing, was better than that of group A treated by inflatable cervical traction device.Conclusion The practice of Yijinjing guide method has positive therapeutic significance for sub-healthy neck fatigue, hinders its sub-health development trend to disease, and can also improve the quality of life, which is worth promoting in grass-roots hospitals.
