摘  要:在城市轨道交通施工和投运期间,盾构管片可能因为生产、运输、施工和地质环境等原因出现裂缝。裂缝过多会引起渗漏水现象,若处理不当,则不仅会影响工程质量,还会成为城市轨道交通运营的安全隐患。文章对南京市轨道交通7号线晓庄站—万寿村站区间施工中盾构管片裂纹情况展开调查,通过地层结构法构建有限元模型,从土体与结构共同作用的方向分析引起隧道管片开裂的原因。再采取化学灌浆工艺、表面封闭工艺、开槽封闭工艺展开管片裂缝整治。施工结果表明,通过以上措施修补后的管片符合强度和外观质量要求。During the construction and operation of underground rail transit systems, the shield segment may develop cracks due to production, transportation,construction, and the geo-environment. If the crack exceeds parameters, it may cause water leakages. Not being properly handled, these cracks will both affect the project quality and lead to hidden dangers during metro operations. In this paper, the cracks of shield segments during the construction of Xiaozhuang station and Wanshoucun stations of the Nanjing underground rail transit line 7 are checked. The finite element model is constructed using the stratum structure method, and the relevant causes of tunnel segment cracks are analyzed through soil-structure interactions. Through chemical grouting, surface sealing, and slotting sealing processes,the segment cracks are treated. The treatment results show that the segment meets the strength and aesthetic quality requirements following the technical repair.
