摘　　要：全面推进乡村振兴必须坚持党的领导,党建是推进乡村振兴的坚强保障和有力支撑,乡村振兴是推进党建工作的重要抓手。党建引领乡村振兴存在以下现实困境:部分地区推进乡村振兴的党建协同性不够强;农村基层党组织功能发挥存在短板;农村基层党建引领乡村振兴的资源整合分配机制、激励机制等不够完善;“党建+”模式单一化、同质化,各环节衔接不够紧密和作用发挥不够充分,主体和区域范围受到局限。解决上述问题重点在于:建立健全党建引领乡村振兴的协同网络体系,完善基层党组织引领乡村振兴的保障机制,全面打造高能型和服务型基层党组织,探索党建引领乡村振兴的多元化模式。The comprehensive promotion of rural revitalization must adhere to the leadership of the party.Party building is a strong guarantee and strong support for comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.Rural revitalization is an important starting point for promoting party building.Leading rural revitalization with party building must pay attention to and solve the following problems:the coordination of party building leading rural revitalization is not strong enough;the governance capacity of some rural grassroots party organizations needs to be improved;the integration and allocation mechanism,guarantee mechanism and incentive mechanism of resources for rural revitalization under the guidance of rural grassroots party building are not sound;the“Party Building+”model is simplistic and homogenized,the links are not closely connected and the roles are not fully exerted,and the main body and cross-regional aspects need to be expanded.The key to solving the above problems lies in:establishing and improving a collaborative network system for party building to lead rural revitalization,improving the linkage mechanism,resource integration mechanism,and incentive mechanism for grassroots party groups to lead rural revitalization,building high-energy and service-oriented grassroots party organizations,and promoting party building to lead rural revitalization and diversified development.
