摘　　要：【目的】研究不同温度和贮藏年份对叶底珠种子发芽的影响,确定适宜的萌发温度,为不同地区叶底珠的高产优质栽培和园林苗木的选育提供参考。【方法】以2020年、2019年、2018年3个年份叶底珠种子为试验材料,设置15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃4个温度处理,测试不同温度下不同年份叶底珠种子发芽的影响;采用Excel和SPSS软件统计分析数据。【结果】结果表明,不同温度下叶底珠种子的发芽时间先后顺序为25℃,30℃,20℃,15℃,发芽高峰时间随着温度的降低而推迟;随着温度的降低与贮藏时间的增加,叶底珠种子的平均发芽时间总体增加,发芽率、发芽指数、幼苗活力指数总体降低,不同温度下叶底珠种子活力由大到小排序为2020年、2019年、2018年。【结论】不同贮藏年份叶底珠种子发芽的最适温度范围在25~30℃之间。【Objective】The effects of different temperature and storage period on seed germination characteristics of Securinega suffruticosa were studied,and the suitable germination temperature was determined to provide reference for high yield and quality cultivation of Securinega suffruticosa in different regions and breeding of garden seedlings.【Method】Taking the seeds of securinega suffruticosa in 2020,2019 and 2018 as experimental materials,the effects of four temperature treatments(15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃)on seed germination of Securinega suffruticosa in different years under different temperatures were tested.Excel and SPSS software were used for statistical analysis.【Result】The results showed that the sequence of germinating time were 25℃,30℃,20℃and 15℃.The germination peak of Securinega suffruticosa was delayed as the temperature decreased.The mean germination time(MGT)increased,and the germination rate(GR),germination index(GI)and seedling vitality index(SVI)decreased,with the decrease of temperature and the increase of storage time.Under different temperatures,the vigor of the seeds from the highest to the lowest was in 2020,2019,and 2018.【Conclusion】The optimum temperature of Securinega suffruticosa was 25~30℃.
