摘 要:【目的】利用废弃的毛竹竹屑进行袋料香菇栽培实验研究,筛选竹屑栽培香菇优良配方。【方法】设置A、B、C、D、E共5组实验,其中A组为对照组,将香菇品种“庆科212”接种在5组不同竹屑配方培养基中进行栽培,记录菌丝和香菇子实体生长情况和计算各生长阶段的生物转化率,探究不同竹屑添加量对香菇生长的影响。【结果】实验结果表明,B、C、D、E组菌丝正常吃料和出菇,但菌丝生长期比对照组A稍长。对照组A鲜菇总产量高达239.44 kg,生物学转化率为88.68%,比B、C、D、E组高,但与其中D组配方香菇总产量224.99 kg,生物学转化率为83.33%差异不显著。【结论】利用袋料中添加30%的竹屑时,能有效降低企业生产成本,提高香菇种植的经济效益与生态效益,适宜规模化推广应用。【Objective】In order to screen the good formula of lentinus edodes cultivated with bamboo chips,the experimental study on lentinus edodes cultivated with bamboo chips was carried out.【Method】Five groups of experiments including A,B,C,D and E were set up,and group A was the control group.The lentinus edodes variety“Qingke No.212”was inoculated in five groups of different bamboo chips formula medium for cultivation.The growth of mycelia and fruiting body of lentinus edodes were recorded and the biological conversion rate of each growth stage was calculated to explore the effect of different bamboo chips addition on the growth of lentinus edodes.【Result】The experimental results showed that the mycelia of groups B,C,D and E were fed normally and the lentinus edodes were produced,but the mycelial growth period was slightly longer than that of group A.The total yield of fresh lentinus edodes in control group A was 239.44 kg,and the biological conversion rate was 88.68%,which was higher than that in groups B,C,D and E,but there was no significant difference with the total yield of lentinus edodes in group D of 224.99 kg,and the biological conversion rate was 83.33%.【Conclusion】When 30%bamboo chips are added to the bag material,the production cost of the enterprise can be effectively reduced,the economic and ecological benefits of lentinus edodes planting can be improved,and it is suitable for large-scale promotion and application.
