一起猪2型链球菌的分离鉴定及诊疗

摘　　要：【目的】为诊断某猪场生猪发生急性死亡的原因,为2型猪链球菌的诊断与治疗提供科学的参考依据。【方法】采集病死猪组织器官病料按常规方法进行细菌的分离鉴定、PCR分型检测及药敏分析。【结果】从病死猪的内脏器官及脑组织中分离到1株G+细菌,与猪链球菌的生化特征一致,PCR分型检测为2型猪链球菌。药敏试验结果显示,该分离菌株对头孢哌酮、头孢克肟、头孢噻肟、米诺环素、万古霉素、壮观霉素等药物高度敏感,对头孢西丁、头孢拉定、氟苯尼考、阿莫西林、等药物中度敏感,对链霉素、左氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、林可霉素等药物低度敏感或者耐药。【结论】检测结果表明2型猪链球菌是引起猪发生急性死亡的主要原因,可用高敏药物进行救治。【Objective】In order to diagnose the causes of acute death in pigs in a pig farm and provide scientific reference for the diagnosis and treatment of Streptococcus suis type 2.【Method】The tissues and organs of dead pigs were collected for bacterial isolation and identification,PCR typing and drug sensitivity analysis according to conventional methods.【Result】A strain of G+bacteria was isolated from the viscera and brain tissue of dead pigs,which was consistent with the biochemical characteristics of Streptococcus suis.PCR typing showed that it was Streptococcus suis type 2.The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the isolated strain was highly sensitive to cefoperazone,cefixime,cefotaxime,minocycline,vancomycin and spectinomycin,moderately sensitive to cefoxitin,cefradine,florfenicol,amoxicillin and other drugs,and lowly sensitive or resistant to streptomycin,levofloxacin,enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin and lincomycin.【Conclusion】The results showed that Streptococcus suis type 2 was the main cause of acute death in pigs and could be treated with high sensitive drugs.
