摘　　要：鸡胆汁是我国传统中药材之一,应用历史悠久。综述近二十多年来国内外学者对鸡胆汁成分胆汁酸、色素、氨基酸、矿物质及微量元素和鸡胆汁药理功效的研究情况。研究表明,二十多年来,对鸡胆汁的化学成分及药理作用的研究已经获得一定进展,鸡胆汁具有解热镇痛、抑制平滑肌收缩、免疫调节、抑菌抗炎、抗病毒、降脂、保肝利胆等功效;目前鸡胆汁重要活性成分鹅去氧胆酸的提取方法主要是有机溶剂提取法、树脂法、沉淀法和超临界萃取法;动物胆汁酸的人工合成技术已经兴起和不断突破,随着药物化学研究技术水平的不断提高,人工合成鸡胆汁有效成分的工艺探索也将成为未来研究的重点。Chicken bile,as one of traditional Chinese medicinal materials,has a long history of application.This paper reviewed the studies on bile acids,pigments,amino acids,minerals,trace elements and pharmacological effects of chicken bile by scholars at home and abroad in the past two decades.Studies have shown that in the past 20 years,some progress has been made in the study of chemical components and pharmacological effects of chicken bile.Chicken bile has the effects of antipyretic and analgesic,inhibiting smooth muscle contraction,immune regulation,antibacterial and anti-inflammatory,antiviral,lipidlowering,hepatoprotective and choleretic.At present,the extraction methods of chenodeoxycholic acid,an important active ingredient in chicken bile,are mainly organic solvent extraction,resin extraction,precipitation and supercritical extraction.The artificial synthesis technology of animal bile acids has been rising and continuously breakthrough.With the continuous improvement of the technical level of medicinal chemistry research,the process exploration of artificial synthesis of effective components of chicken bile will also become the focus of future research.
