摘 要:煤矿巷道泥质软岩遇水易膨胀掉落,给巷道支护带来很大困难严重威胁煤矿安全生产。通过赵楼煤矿第一采区带式输送机下山施工后1304给煤机硐室中心前15m至36m处3煤顶板砂岩、泥岩的岩性分析,结合砂层出水情况,针对深部复杂软岩巷道稳定性控制中存在的主要问题,采用锚网梁锚注加固方案,将外部围岩加固形成一个整体,并施工注浆放水孔,较好地解决了岩层遇水泥化支护问题。研究结果为类似岩石支护的处理提供了参考。The argillaceous soft rock in coal mine roadway is easy to expand and fall when encountering water, which brings great difficulties to roadway support and seriously threatens the safety of coal mine production. Based on the lithological analysis of the sandstone and mudstone on the roof of coal seam 3, 15 meters to 36 meters in front of the center of 1304 coal feeder chamber after the belt conveyor downhill construction in Zhaolou Coal Mine’s first mining area, combined with the water outflow situation of the sand layer, in view of the main problems existing in the stability control of the deep complex soft rock roadway, the anchor mesh beam anchor grouting reinforcement scheme is adopted to consolidate the external surrounding rock into a whole, and grouting drainage holes are constructed. The problem of cement support for rock stratum is solved. The research results provide a reference for the treatment of similar rock support.
