摘  要:基于FPGA及ARM的老化试验智能测控装置,可实现全天候对老化产品进行实时数据采集、监测、异常数据报警、语音播报、自动断电、自动记录数据生产报表等功能。该装置具有采集板卡及控制板卡,它与常规测量方法相比可有效地节约人力成本、提高生产效率、降低差错率。除此,用户可根据不同的采集对象进行更换采集板卡及程序既可实现,其他硬件可原用,可有效地降低硬件成本。The aging test intelligent measurement and control device based on FPGA and ARM can realize real-time data acquisition,monitoring, abnormal data alarm, voice broadcast, automatic power off, automatic recording of data production reports and other functions for aging products all day long. The device has acquisition board and control board, which can effectively save labor cost, improve production efficiency and reduce error rate compared with conventional measurement methods. In addition, the user can replace the acquisition board and program according to different acquisition objects. Other hardware can be used, which can effectively reduce the hardware cost.
