摘  要:我国边境地区河流众多,涉及周边13个接壤国和3个临近国。我国既面临提高国际河流开发利用和管理能力的需求,又需要与周边国家妥善处理相关问题,与周边国家合作共赢。卫星遥感技术近年来发展迅猛,适合在边境地区应用,帮助政府管理部门及时获取边境地区河流动态变化,做好灾害应对工作等。There are many rivers in China’s border areas, involving 13 bordering countries and 3 neighboring countries. China is not only faced with the need to improve the development, utilization and management capacity of international rivers, but also the need to properly handle relevant issues with surrounding countries and cooperate with them for win-win results. Satellite remote sensing technologies have developed rapidly in recent years and is suitable to be applied in border areas. It can help governmental departments to timely obtain river changes dynamically in border areas and well respond to natural disasters.
