摘  要:徐州西部地区张双楼副井穿过深厚表土段和特厚强膨胀性黏土层时,采用冻结法施工。张双楼副井表土段厚为247.2 m,冻结深度为300 m,为当时井筒揭露表土最厚、冻结最深的冻结井,特别是深部的60.15 m特厚强膨胀性黏土层,是建井冻结施工中的一大技术难题,如果施工方法不当或采取的技术措施不力,可能导致冻结井筒出现井帮位移、冻结管断裂、盐水泄露、井壁破坏,甚至发生井筒返工的重大工程事故。张双楼副井穿过深厚表土段和特厚强膨胀性黏土层时,借鉴了其他单位冻结井过膨胀性黏土层时出现的断管、井壁破坏等经验和教训,对冻结技术参数进行设计优选,在施工中对深部特厚强膨胀性黏土层的冻结壁强度和制冷效果进行了分析,解决了冻结施工的关键技术问题,为以后立井穿过深厚复杂表土段冻结工程的设计和施工,提供了技术参考。In the western area of Xuzhou,when Zhangshuanglou Mine Auxiliary Shaft passed through a extra thick and high swelling clay layer,a ground freezing method was applied to the construction.The thickness of the surface soil section in the Zhangshuanglou Mine Auxiliary Shaft was 247.2 m and the ground freezing depth was 300 m.At that time,the mine shaft was the freezing shaft with the thickest of the surface soil and the deepest freezing depth as exposed and especially the 60.15 m extra thick high swelling clay at the deep section was one of the technical difficult problems in the freezing construction of the mine shaft.If the construction method was a not improper method or was conducted with a not best technical measures,the construction method could cause the shaft wall displacement,freezing pipe broken,brine leakage or shaft lining failure to the freezing shaft and even could cause the major engineering accident to reconstruct the mine shaft.With the references to other freezing shafts passed through the swelling clay occurred with the pipe broken,shaft lining failure and other experiences and lessons,when Zhangshuanglou Mine Auxiliary Shaft passed through the deep and thick surface soil section and extra thick swelling clay,a design optimal selection was conducted to the freezing technical parameters,an analysis was conducted on the freezing wall strength and the refrigeration effect in the deep extra thick and high swelling clay in the construction and the key technical problems of the freezing construction was solved and could provide the technical references to the design and construction of the later mine shaft freezing projects passed through the deep,thick and complicated surface soil section.
