摘  要:为回收利用机制砂生产中的收尘石粉废弃物,文中研究了片麻岩废石粉以胶凝材料5%~20%掺量替代粉煤灰配制的混凝土工作性、力学性能和耐久性能,并采用压汞仪测试其孔结构。结果表明,随着石粉替代率的增加,混凝土达到等工作性所需减水剂掺量增大;石粉替代率5%的混凝土抗压、劈拉强度、抗氯离子渗透及抗碳化性能均为最佳,当石粉替代率10%时,混凝土的强度和耐久性能降低但不明显。石粉替代率5%的混凝土孔结构最优,石粉替代率10%及以上时,孔隙率增加,孔隙中大尺寸多害孔的比例增多,因此片麻岩石粉的替代率以5%~10%为宜。In order to recycle the quarry waste powders generated during the process of manufactured sand production,the concretes were prepared with gneiss waste powder(GP)of 5%~20%of binder as replacement of fly ash,the workability,mechanical properties and some durability of the concretes were investigated,and the pore structure was tested by mercury porosimeter.The results show that with the increase of GP replacement ratio,the dosage of water reducer increases for concrete to achieve equal workability.When the GP replacement ratio is 5%,the compressive strength,splitting tensile strength,resistances to chloride ion penetration and carbonation of concrete all reach the best,and when the GP replacement ratio is 10%,the mechanical and durability properties of concrete are reduced,but the reduction is not obvious.The concrete with GP replacement ratio of 5%has the best pore structure.When the GP replacement ratio is up to 10%or above,the porosity of the concrete increases and the proportion of large-size and harmful pores raises.Therefore,the replacement ratio of GP should be 5%~10%of the total binder.
