摘  要:选用功率补偿型差示扫描量热仪(DSC)测试技术对实验室制备的小分子相变单体——乙二醇正烷基乙烯基醚和二乙二醇正烷基乙烯基醚等单体分子的结晶行为进行系统研究。循环测试的结果表明,只有当单体分子中烷基侧链的碳原子数为16或18时,单体分子才会出现同质多晶现象,而且部分晶型在冷热循环过程中的转变是不可逆的,这与常见的正烷烃唯一的六方晶系不同。二乙二醇正烷基乙烯基醚的相变焓值要比乙二醇正烷基乙烯基醚高,说明乙二醇链段的引入有利于烷基侧链的结晶。升/降温过程中合成单体的吸热/放热焓值不相等,说明在吸热过程和放热过程部分晶型之间的转换存在不可逆的状况。该研究为后续梳状聚合物相变储能材料的受限结晶研究提供了参考依据。Small molecular phase change monomers,ethylene glycol N-alkyl vinyl ether and diethylene glycol N-alkyl vinyl ether,were prepared experimentally.The power-compensated differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)test technology was used to systematically study the crystallization behavior of the synthetic monomer molecules.The results of the cycle test show that only when the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl side chain of the monomer molecule is equal to 16 or 18,the monomer molecule will appear polymorphism,and the transformation of part of the crystal form during the cooling and heating cycle is irreversible,which is different from the only hexagonal crystal system of common N-alkanes.The phase change enthalpy of diethylene glycol N-alkyl vinyl ether is higher than that of ethylene glycol N-alkyl vinyl ether,indicating that the introduction of ethylene glycol segment is beneficial to improve the phase change enthalpy of phase change monomer.In the DSC test,the endothermic/exothermic enthalpy values of the synthetic monomers were not equal during the heating/cooling process.These studies provide a certain reference for the subsequent research on confined crystallization of comb-like polymer phase change energy storage materials.
