摘  要:某Q345B钢鱼尾板锻件发生横向断裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、扫描电镜分析、力学性能测试、金相检验等方法对鱼尾板的断裂原因进行分析。结果表明:Q345B钢中存在较多且较大的非金属夹杂物,导致鱼尾板锻件的冲击能量显著降低,严重影响了材料的韧性,当受到外力撞击时鱼尾板发生脆性断裂。The transverse fracture reason of a Q345Bsteel fishtail forging was analyzed by macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,scanning electron microscope analysis,mechanical property test and metallographic examination.The results show that there were many and large non-metallic inclusions in Q345B steel,resulting in a significantly reduced impact energy of fishtail forging,which seriously affected the toughness of the material.When the fishtail was impacted by external force,brittle fracture occured.
