摘 要:选用地面集输常用管线钢L245N和L450,通过浸泡腐蚀和慢应变速率试验,研究了其在不同试验条件下的腐蚀速率和应力腐蚀敏感性,分析了腐蚀机理和影响因素。结果表明,高P_(CO_(2))/P_(H_(2)S)、中等Cl^(-)含量(7.4%)、60℃条件下,两种管线钢的腐蚀速率大,应力腐蚀敏感性高。The commonly used pipeline steels L245 N and L450 for ground gathering and transportation were selected, and their corrosion rates and stress corrosion susceptibility under different test conditions were studied through immersion corrosion and slow strain rate tests, and the corrosion mechanism and influencing factors were also analyzed. The results showed that under the conditions of high P_(CO_(2))/P_(H_(2)S), medium Cl^(-) content(7.4%) and 60 ℃, the corrosion rates of the two pipeline steels were relatively great and the stress corrosion sensitivity was high.
