摘 要:针对核电厂冷冻水系统管道表面核级防腐蚀涂层的失效问题,选取了三种核电常用核级防腐涂层体系,通过耐水试验、耐冷凝水试验,和电化学测试等研究了冷冻水管道服役环境中三种涂层的防腐蚀性能及其失效机理。结果表明:3种涂层在耐水、耐冷凝水试验前后的附着力均超过5 MPa,满足标准要求,经过1 000 h耐水试验及480 h耐冷凝水试验后,所有涂层试样的起泡、开裂、锈蚀剥落等均能满足标准要求。Aiming at the failure of nuclear-grade anti-corrosion coating on the surface of chilled water system pipes in nuclear power plants, three kinds of nuclear-grade anti-corrosion coating systems commonly used in nuclear power plants were selected. The anti-corrosion properties and failure mechanisms of these coatings in the service environment of the chilled water pipeline were studied through water resistance test, condensation water resistance test, and electrochemical test. The results showed that the adhesion of the three coatings before and after the water resistance and condensation water resistance tests all exceeded 5 MPa, which met the standard requirements. After 1 000 h water resistance test and 480 h condensation water resistance test, all coating samples could meet the standard requirements for blistering, cracking, rust and spalling.
