摘  要:由于设计和结构方面的影响以及材料不均匀和制造安装误差等原因造成的振动会降低航空发动机的使用寿命。为了避免上述问题,研究柔性转子动平衡来降低发动机振动。利用ANSYS仿真柔性转子的不平衡振动,模拟两种高速动平衡方法-影响系数法和传递函数法的动平衡过程;同时在柔性转子实验台进行多次动平衡实验模拟两种动平衡方法;最后分影响系数法与传递函数法在仿真与实验方面对转子动平衡的影响。研究结果表明数值仿真与实验结果一致,具有良好的计算精度。The service life of aero-engines is reduced by vibration due to design and structural influences, material asymmetry and fabrication and installation errors. In order to avoid these problems, this paper studied the dynamic balance of flexible rotor to reduce engine vibration. The unbalanced vibration of flexible rotor was simulated by ANSYS,and the dynamic balancing process of two high-speed dynamic balancing methods, namely influence coefficient method and transfer function method, was simulated. At the same time, the two dynamic balancing methods were simulated by multiple dynamic balancing experiments on the flexible rotor test platform. Finally, the influence of influence coefficient method and transfer function method on rotor dynamic balance in simulation and experiment was analyzed. The results show that the numerical simulation is in good agreement with the experimental results.
