摘 要:目的探究听障儿童人工耳蜗植入后听觉皮层神经活动与听觉言语能力之间的联系。方法19例CI儿童开机后半年的队列研究,使用近红外光学成像及听觉言语量表评分,采用SPSS 25.0软件行相关性分析。结果情绪韵律引起的CI儿童的右侧颞区前部的激活程度与言语感知能力显著负相关,引起的右侧颞区后部及左侧颞区激活程度与言语感知能力显著正相关。结论人工耳蜗植入后早期,情绪语音韵律可能抑制右侧颞区前部神经反应,促进右侧颞区后部及左侧颞区神经反应增强,并与听觉言语功能的更好发展相关。Objective To investigate the association between neural activity in the auditory cortex and auditoryspeech ability in children after cochlear implantation.Methods A cohort study was conducted on 19 pediatric CI recipients.Neural activity in the auditory cortex and auditory-speech ability were gauged using fNIRS and behavioral scales,and the SPSS 25.0 software was used for correlation analysis.Results Activation of right anterior temporal cortex elicited by emotional prosody was negatively correlated with behavioral scores,while activation of right posterior temporal region and left temporal region was positively correlated with behavioral scores.Conclusion In the early stage after cochlear implantation,emotional prosody may inhibit the neural response in the right anterior temporal cortex,and promote the enhancement of the neural response in the right posterior temporal cortex and left temporal cortex.This may correlate to the better development of auditory speech ability.
