基于“络以通为用”运用中药外敷法治疗小儿疝气

摘　　要：疝气是小儿外科常见疾病,属“络病”范畴,肝经气机阻滞,肝络痹阻于下是小儿疝气发病机制,肝气郁结,寒湿侵袭及气虚下陷为主要病因,以行气止痛、温经散寒、疏肝理气为主要治法,内外同治疗效更佳。笔者基于“络以通为用”理论,以疝气外用方外敷治疗小儿疝气,重用芳香之品,善用辛温之味,巧用通络之药,为小儿疝气的临床治疗和研究提供思路。Hernia is a common disease in pediatric surgery.It is considered that pediatric hernia belongs to the category of“collateral disease”.The blockage of Liver meridian and Qi and obstruction of Liver collaterals are the pathogenesis of hernia in children.Stagnation of Liver Qi,invasion of Cold and Dampness and depression of Qi deficiency are the main causes.The main treatment methods are Qi relieving pain,warming menstruation and dispelling Cold,soothing the Liver and regulating Qi,and the effect of internal and external treatment is better.Based on the theory of“keeping the collaterals unobstructed in function”,external application of hernia prescription was used to treat hernia in children.Reuse aromatic products,make good use of Pungent and Warm taste,and skillfully use drugs for dredging collaterals,so as to provide ideas for clinical treatment and research of hernia in children.
