摘  要:为解决恶劣气候条件下悬索桥基准索股难以高精度架设的工程难题,提出了标记对位架设法(标记法),该方法需索股制作精度达1/40000以上,而目前的索股制作精度达不到该要求。为提高索股制作精度,分析索股制作精度影响因素,从标准丝制作误差、索股标记转移误差、灌锚切割误差、索股顶压后的回缩误差以及编索钢丝非均匀误差等方面进行误差控制,将索股制作精度提高到1/25000以上;然后进一步提出基于分跨锚固的全标准丝索股制作技术,将索股制作精度提高到1/50000以上,该精度达到了标记法架设的精度要求。在索股制作精度达到标记法架设精度要求后,提出基于分跨锚固的全标准丝基准索股的标记法架设技术,并将该技术应用于深中通道伶仃洋大桥的基准索股架设中。工程应用结果表明:伶仃洋大桥三跨的索股长度精度均达到了1/60000以上,验证了标记法架设技术的可行性;该技术不仅有效提高了大桥基准索股架设精度,而且索股架设时,不受环境影响,大大缩短了架设工期,节约了人力、设备投入。A marking and counterpoint method(generally the marking method)is proposed to address the high-precision installation of main cable strands of suspension bridge in harsh weather.This method is quite critical about the strand manufacturing precision,which should be over 1/40000,however,the general strand manufacturing precision at present cannot reach this level.The strand manufacturing error can be controlled from multiple aspects,for instance,the manufacturing error of standard steel wires,strand mark transfer error,strand anchor socket grouting and cutting error,retracting error of strand after pre-compression and the non-uniform error of constituent steel wires,to improve the strand manufacturing precision.With error control,the strand manufacturing precision is able to be improved above 1/25000.The application of span-by-span anchor of strands during manufacturing can further enhance the manufacturing precision to above 1/50000,which achieves the required level.The method has been applied to the strands erection of Lingdingyang Bridge of Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link.The engineering practice proves that the length precision of the main cable strands in three spans of Lingdingyang Bridge is above 1/60000,proving the efficiency of the marking method.The marking method can not only improve the installation accuracy of the main cable strands,but also ease the installation of main cable strands in challenging weather,as a result,the installation schedule is shortened and the labor force and equipment investment is cut down.
