摘　　要：鸡传染性支气管炎(Infectious Bronchitis,IB)是由传染性支气管炎病毒引起的一种急性、高度传染性的呼吸道疾病,会导致鸡气管炎、肾炎、输卵管炎、腺胃炎和蛋的品质下降等多种表现,严重影响养鸡业的经济效益。使用商品化疫苗免疫是防控IB的主要手段,但免疫失败时有发生。本研究对清远市某蛋鸡场采取了IBV毒株鉴定、疫苗筛选、免疫监测及生物安全等综合防控措施,使得该蛋鸡场IB疫情得以遏制,并迅速恢复生产,减少经济损失。将该综合防控技术推广至茂名市、广州市和清远市多家蛋鸡养殖企业,均取得较大的经济效益和社会影响。Infectious Bronchitis(IB) is an acute,highly contagious upper respiratory disease caused by Infectious Bronchitis Virus(IBV),which leads to a variety of symptoms such as tracheitis,nephritis,oviductitis,glandular gastritis and reduced egg quality in chickens,seriously affecting the economic benefits of chicken farming are seriously affected. Immunization with commercial vaccines are the main means of prevention and control of IBV,however,immunization failure happens occasionally. In this paper,through the identification of virulent strains,vaccine screening,immunization monitoring and appropriate biosecurity prevention and control measures in an IBVpositive layer farm in Qingyuan,the IB epidemic in the layer farm was contained and production resumed rapidly,reducing economic losses.
