补肺益肾方治疗哮喘缓解期肺肾气虚证的效果

摘　　要：目的探究补肺益肾方治疗支气管哮喘(BA)缓解期肺肾气虚证的效果。方法选取2018年11月至2021年1月柘城中医院接收的80例BA缓解期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40)。对照组接受常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用补肺益肾汤,两组均连续治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗3个月的疗效(采用中医证候积分评估);比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月哮喘症状[采用哮喘控制测试表(ACT)评估]和肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)/FVC];比较两组治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果观察组治疗总有效率和ACT评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组FEV_(1)、FVC和FEV_(1)/FVC较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用补肺益肾汤治疗BA缓解期肺肾气虚证患者效果确切,可减轻哮喘症状,改善肺功能指标,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Bufei Yishen Recipe on the syndrome of lung and kidney qi deficiency in the remission stage of bronchial asthma(BA).Methods A total of 80 patients with BA in remission received by Zhecheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.By the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was added with Bufei Yishen recipe based on traditional western medicine.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The efficacy of patients in both groups after 3 months of treatment was compared[evaluated by traditional chinese medicine syndrome score],asthma symptoms[assessed by asthma control test(ACT)]and pulmonary function indexes[forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1))and FEV_(1)/FVC]were compared of patients in both groups before and after 3 months treatment.The adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate and ACT score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).FEV_(1),FVC and FEV_(1)/FVC in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bufei Yishen recipe is effective in the treatment of patients with lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome in the remission stage of BA.It can reduce the symptoms of asthma and improve the indexes of lung function,and has high safety.
