宫颈癌根治术患者术前层次互动教育模式的建立及对患者负面情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的研究宫颈癌根治术患者术前层次互动教育模式的建立及对患者负面情绪的影响。方法选取2019年7月至2022年4月在项城市中医院就诊的174例宫颈癌患者,按照随机数字表法分为常规组和教育组,各87例,常规组接受常规护理方式,教育组接受层次互动教育模式下的护理方式,连续护理8周。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评估患者的焦虑程度,抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者的抑郁程度,恐惧程度量表(SUDS)评估患者的恐惧程度,生活质量问卷量表-C30(QLQ-C30)评估患者的生活质量,采用项城市中医院自制的护理质量评分及依从性评分量表评估患者的护理质量及依从性;并统计并发症总发生率。结果两组患者护理后SAS、SDS、SUDS评分低于两组患者护理前,QLQ-C30评分和护理质量评分高于两组患者护理前;护理后教育组SAS、SDS、SUDS评分低于护理后常规组,教育组QLQ-C30评分和护理质量评分高于护理后常规组;教育组患者依从性高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与常规组相比,教育组并发症总发生率较低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论术前层次互动教育模式对宫颈癌根治术患者的护理效果较好,可有效缓解患者术前的负面情绪,提高患者的生活质量和依从性,且护理质量较高,不增加并发症发生率。Objective To study the establishment of preoperative hierarchical interactive education model for patients undergoing radical cervical cancer surgery and its effect on patients'psychological negative emotions.Methods A total of 174 cervical cancer patients treated in Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to April 2022 were divided into routine group and education group according to the random number table,87 cases each conventional group received routine care,and the education group received the hierarchical interactive education mode for 8 consecutive weeks.Self-Rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the anxiety degree of patients.The subjective units of distress scale(SUDS)assessed patients’levels of fear,and the quality of life questionnaire C30(QLQ-C30)assessed patients’quality of life.The nursing quality and compliance of patients were evaluated by the nursing quality score and compliance score scale made by Xiangcheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The total complication rate was calculated.Results The SAS,SDS and SUDS scores after nursing in two groups were lower than before nursing in two groups,and the QLQ-C30 scores and nursing quality scores were higher than before nursing in two groups.The SAS,SDS and SUDS scores were lower than the nursing education group,the QLQ-C30 score and quality of care score were higher than the education group;the education group was higher than the education group,significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of complications was lower in the education group compared with the conventional group,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The preoperative interactive education mode has a good nursing effect on the patients undergoing radical cervicectomy,which can effectively relieve the patients’negative emotions before surgery,improve the patients’quality of life and compliance,and the quality of nursing is higher,without increasing the incidence of complications.
