摘　　要：烧伤恐动症患者因疼痛而惧怕活动,担心活动造成烧伤创面再受伤及皮瓣坏死等不良后果,对活动或功能锻炼产生恐惧心理,导致患者功能锻炼依从性降低,功能恢复不良,并发症发生率增加,严重影响烧伤患者的康复水平及生活质量。本文介绍了烧伤恐动症的定义及评价工具、烧伤恐动症的发生率、烧伤恐动症的危害及干预措施,并对未来研究进行展望,以期为医务人员在烧伤恐动症患者的研究方面提供借鉴与参考。Burn kinesiophobia patients are afraid of activities due to pain,and they worry about the adverse consequences of burn wound re-injury and flap necrosis caused by activities.They have a fear of activities or functional exercise,which leads to reduced compliance of functional exercise,poor functional recovery and increased incidence of complications,which seriously affect the rehabilitation level and quality of life of burn patients.This article introduces the definition and evaluation tools,incidence rate,hazards and intervention methods of burn kinesiophobia,which prospects the future research,so as to provide reference for medical staff in the research of burn kinesiophobia patients.
