人口文化素质与经济高质量发展耦合协调研究——基于福建省第七次人口普查数据的分析

摘　　要：结合第六、第七次全国人口普查数据,对近10年来福建省各地级市的人口文化素质的演变发展情况进行全面系统梳理。通过构建福建省人口文化素质和经济高质量发展的综合评价指标体系及两个系统的耦合协调模型,分别测算了福建省级层面和地市级层面人口文化素质与经济高质量发展的耦合协调程度。研究结果显示:福建省总体人口文化素质整体水平不断提高,但在东部地区偏低;福建省人口文化素质和经济高质量发展综合评价指数稳步提升,人口文化素质与经济高质量发展耦合协调度总体呈波动增长态势,但区域差异显著。Based on the data of the sixth and seventh national population census,this paper systematically sorts the evolution and development of population cultural quality in prefecture-level cities of Fujian province in recent 10 years.By constructing the comprehensive evaluation index system of population cultural quality and high-quality economic development in Fujian province and the coupling coordination model of the two systems,this paper calculates the coupling coordination degree of population cultural quality and high-quality economic development in Fujian province at provincial level and prefecture level respectively.The results show that the overall population cultural quality in Fujian province is improving,but lower than the national level.The comprehensive evaluation index of population cultural quality and high-quality economic development in Fujian province has been steadily improved,and the coupling coordination degree between population cultural quality and high-quality economic development shows a general trend of fluctuating growth,but there are significant regional differences.
