摘　　要：乳糜泻是一种免疫介导的发生于遗传易感个体的慢性炎症性疾病,目前确切的病因尚未明确,遗传、免疫、环境因素均参与了乳糜泻的发生发展。目前研究发现乳糜泻与疱疹样皮炎、银屑病、白癜风、特应性皮炎、斑秃等皮肤病关系密切,故本文旨在总结与乳糜泻相关的皮肤表现。Celiac disease is an immune-mediated chronic inflammatory disease that occurs in genetically susceptible individuals.The exact etiology is not yet clear.Genetic,immune and environmental factors are all involved in the occurrence and development of celiac disease.Current studies have found that celiac disease is closely related to dermatitis herpetiformis,psoriasis,vitiligo,atopic dermatitis,alopecia areata and other skin diseases.Therefore,this article aims to summarize the skin manifestations related to celiac disease.
