摘  要:风管支吊架及内支撑是强化风管稳固性的关键要素,以往常采用角铁、圆钢或镀锌丝杆作为支吊架或内支撑,选用铝合金法兰、PVC法兰作风管加强处连接,加工制作成本高。论文依托项目实体,选用多孔C型钢作为风管支吊架及外加固,利用镀锌丝杆对风管进行内支撑,同时作为风管连接件使用,形成组合架综合运用,从而增加复合风管的强度及稳固性,在保证工程质量和外观要求的同时,优化成本,提高安装效率,缩短工期。The air duct support and hanger and internal support are the key elements to strengthen the stability of the air duct.As usual,Angle iron,round steel or galvanized wire rod are used as the support and hanger or internal support,and aluminum alloy flange and PVC flange are used to strengthen the connection of the style pipe,which has high processing cost.Relying on the project entity,choose porous C payments as steam-water pipe and outer reinforcement,inside the duct to make use of galvanized wire rod support,used as a pipe fittings at the same time,form the integrated use of combination,thus increasing the strength and stability of composite duct,while guarantee the engineering quality and appearance requirements,optimizing the cost,improve the installation efficiency,shorten the construction period.
