摘  要:基于弹性力学理论与钢筋锈胀机理,推导了钢筋混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时的钢筋临界锈蚀量。基于Faraday定律,建立了钢筋混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时间预测模型。通过将模型预测的保护层锈胀开裂时间与试验结果进行对比,对所建立预测模型进行了验证。在此基础上,对影响混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时间的相关因素进行了分析。分析结果表明:随着保护层厚度与混凝土弹性模量的增大,混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时间逐渐增大;而随着锈蚀产物体积膨胀率、钢筋锈蚀速率和混凝土抗拉强度的增大,混凝土保护层锈胀开裂时间逐渐减小。Based on the theory of elastic mechanics and corrosion mechanism of reinforcing steel,the critical corrosion amount of reinforcing steel for cracking of concrete cover was derived. Based on Faraday’s law,an analytical model for time to corrosion-induced cover cracking in reinforced concrete structures was established.The proposed analytical model was verified by comparing the analytical predictions with the experimental results. The main factors affecting the time to corrosion-induced cracking were analyzed. The analytical results show that the time to corrosion-induced cracking increases gradually with the increase of thickness of concrete cover thickness and elastic modulus. The time to corrosion-induced cracking decreases gradually with the increase in the volume expansion ratio of corrosion products,corrosion rate and tensile strength of concrete.
