摘　　要：为探究适用于既有建筑评估的目标可靠水平,基于《结构可靠度总原则》(ISO2394)中可接受风险准则和生活质量指数(LQI)准则确定了既有建筑评估的目标可靠指标;分别采用拟建建筑、既有建筑的抗力和作用概率模型,校准了《既有建筑物结构检测与评定标准》(DG/TJ08-804—2005)中不同类型构件的可靠度;依据校准结果分析了基于LQI准则确定的目标可靠指标的可行性。结果表明:基于LQI准则提出的目标可靠指标是可行的;安全等级二级的既有建筑按照现行鉴定标准进行评估时,对于混凝土受剪构件建议仍按照目标可靠指标3.7考虑,其他脆性构件的目标可靠指标可取3.35,延性构件的目标可靠指标可取2.6。To find suitable target reliability levels for current building assessment,the target reliabilityindices are proposed according to the Acceptable Risk Criterion and Life Quality Index(LQI)criterion inGeneral Principles on Reliability for Structures ISO2394. Resistance and action probability models of new andexisting structures are used to calibrate the reliability of different types of components in Standard of Structural Inspection and Evaluation for Existing Buildings DG/TJ08-804-2005.According to the calibration results,thefeasibility of the target reliability index based on LQI criterion is investigated. The findings reveal that theproposed target reliability indices,which are based on LQI criteria are available. The reliability indices ofconcrete shear members,other brittle components,and ductile components should be 3.7,3.35,and 2.6,respectively,when existing buildings of safety grade 2 are assessed using current appraisal code.
