摘 要:在海洋油气资源深入开发过程中,诸多油气管道需要穿越海底,由海洋水动力条件引起的海底管道冲刷悬空是导致管道涡激振动破坏的重要原因。针对现有冲刷防护措施在强潮流海域海底管道工程中适应性较差的问题,以杭州湾强潮流海域某海底管道为原型,应用双向流水槽进行比尺物理模型试验,对往复潮流条件下人工草防护海底管道冲刷效果进行研究。结果表明:海底管道局部冲刷深度随人工草疏密度、铺设宽度的增加而减小,当铺设宽度增加至临界宽度时,冲刷深度减小为0。以多元回归拟合法拟合试验数据,获得疏密度与人工草临界宽度之间的关系式,研究结果可为强潮海域海底管道工程冲刷防护措施的设计与实施提供参考。Many oil and gas pipelines have to be laid on the seabed during the deep development of marine oil and gas resources,but the submarine pipeline suspension due to souring under marine hydrodynamic conditions is the important factor that leads to the vortex-induced vibration failure of pipelines.In terms of the poor adaptability of the existing sour protection measures to the submarine pipelines in strong tidal area,a scale physical model test was performed with a bidirectional water channel based on a submarine pipeline in the strong tidal area of Hangzhou Bay.Meanwhile,research was conducted on the sour protection effect of artificial grass for submarine pipelines under alternating tidal current conditions.The test results indicate that the local scour depth of submarine pipelines decreases with the increasing of the density and coverage width of artificial grass.When the coverage width increases to the critical value,the sour depth is reduced to be zero.By fitting the experimental data with the multiple regression fitting method,the relational expression of the density and critical width of artificial grass can be obtained.The research results could provide reference for the design and implementation of sour protection measures for submarine pipelines in strong tidal area.
