摘　　要：基于RS485总线控制分析设计了一款新型矿用多回转阀门电动执行器。详细阐述了整机的工作原理、电路设计、软件设计以及故障自诊断等功能设计。试验表明,其对降低阀门控制成本、实现智能控制、精细化管控矿山用水用气、充分利用资源有一定的积极作用。Analyzed and designd a new type of multi-turn valve electric actuator for mining based on RS485 bus control.Elaborated the working principle,circuit design,software design and fault self-diagnosis functional design of the whole machine in detail.Experiments show that it has a certain positive effect on reducing valve control costs,realizing intelligent control,finely controlling mine water and gas,and making full use of resources.
