摘 要:近几年随着我国煤矿综采技术的发展,液压支架开始普遍应用于煤矿井下的采掘。而随着开采技术发展,开采高度逐步提升,液压支架吨位越来越大、高度越来越高。在煤矿工作面布置时,由于巷道尺寸、运输吨位等问题无法保证液压支架整体运输通过,就需要将液压支架分体,分体后进入工作面,再在井下完成组装。然而,在井下组装液压支架,没有大型行车或专用安装设备时,只能依靠锚杆上挂手动葫芦来起吊支架部件,难度很大,而且比较危险,装配效率非常低,给井下安装液压支架工作带来了很大的难题和风险。因此,为了高效、安全的在井下安装液压支架,设计开发了井下安装液压支架的专用设备。In recent years,with the development of fully mechanized mining technology in coal mine in China,hydraulic support have begun to be widely used in underground coal mining.With the development of mining technology,the mining height is gradually increased,and the tonnage of the hydraulic support is getting larger and higher.When the coal mine work face is arranged,the overall transportation of the hydraulic support cannot be guaranteed due to problems such as the size of the roadway,it is necessary to split the hydraulic support,enter the working face after splitting,and then complete the assembly in the downhole.However,when assembling hydraulic support underground,there is no large-scale driving or special installation equipment,only rely on the manual hoist hanging on the anchor rod to lift the support components,which is very difficult and dangerous,and the assembly efficiency is very low,which brings great problems and risks to the work of installing hydraulic support underground.Therefore,in order to efficiently and safely install hydraulic support in the underground,designed and developed special equipment for installing hydraulic supports underground.
