摘 要:利用激光粒子计数器测试了不同水位、不同工况下井下防爆柴油机废气处理箱对排气颗粒物的吸收效率;针对被测箱体,利用FLUENT搭建二维模型,计算了废气处理箱内排气-水两相流动过程。研究结果表明,较高的排气速度容易产生气泡,有助于提高颗粒物吸收效率;过低的液位不利于水箱向导流板内补液,不仅降低颗粒物吸收效率,还会产生安全隐患。The exhaust particulate matter absorption efficiencies of exhaust gas treatment tank at different water levels and engine working conditions were tested by using laser particle counter.The exhaust-water two-phase flow process was calculated and studied on a 2D model which was builded refer to the tested tank in FLUENT.The research results show that bubbles generate easily at high exhaust velocity,which help to improve the particulate matter absorption efficiency;the low water level is not good for the water flowing from the tank to guide plate inside,which could reduce the particulate matter absorption efficiency and generate security risks.
