摘  要:矿井提升过程中,提升拖动交流电机定子电流的变化往往由提升载荷的变化所引起,但在实际生产过程中并没有利用这两者之间的关系。针对此问题,通过对提升系统进行物理模型简化,即将钢丝绳与箕斗段简化为提升物理模型,将回转体主轴简化为主轴物理模型,将三相交流提升拖动电机简化为电机简化模型,并通过拉格朗日能量守恒将三者串联,构成提升交流电机定子与提升载荷的关联模型。仿真结果表明,仿真电流与真实提升单相定子电流相吻合,为今后提升载荷的间接监测与危险载荷的故障诊断的研究提供了新方法。During the mine hoisting process,the change of the stator current of the hoisting AC motor is often caused by the change of the hoisting load,but in the actual production process,the relationship between the two is not used.In view of this problem,simplified the physical model of the hoisting system,that is,the wire rope and the skip section were simplified into hoisting physical model of the lifting,the main shaft of the revolving body was simplified into main shaft physical model,and the three-phase AC hoisting motor was simplified into simplified motor model,and connect the three in series through Lagrangian energy conservation to form a correlation model between the stator of the hoisting AC motor and the hoisting load.The simulation results show that the simulated current is consistent with the real hoisting single-phase stator current,which provides a new method for indirect monitoring of hoisting loads and fault diagnosis of dangerous load in the future.
