摘　　要：利用EDEM离散元仿真软件对重锤式破碎机进行模拟仿真分析,运用Tavares破碎模型对破碎设备进行功能效果验证分析。分析了物料破碎后的粒径分布情况、排料口出料量以及设备的磨损情况,为破碎效率评估提供直观的参考,给破碎机的优化改进提供了数据支持。EDEM discrete element simulation software was used to simulate and analyze the heavy hammer crusher,and Tavares crushing model was used to verify and analyze the functional effect of the crushing equipment.The particle size distribution of materials after crushing,the discharge volume of discharge port and the wear of equipment were analyzed,which provides an intuitive reference for the evaluation of crushing efficiency and data support for the optimization and improvement of crusher.
