摘　　要：根据长钻杆体积大、重量重、钻进过程中使用数量多等特点,研制了煤矿坑道钻机自动加卸长钻杆装置。介绍了长钻杆加卸装置的方案制定,叙述了上卸扣装置、托举装置的设计过程,并简述了上杆过程和卸杆过程。现场工业性试验过程中,长钻杆加卸装置累计上卸钻杆4 340根,动作稳定,性能可靠,满足了煤矿坑道钻机加卸长钻杆的使用需求。According to the characteristics of large volume,heavy weight and large number of long drill pipes used in the drilling process,an automatic loading and unloading long drill pipe device for coal mine tunnel drilling rig was developed.Introduced the scheme formulation of long drill pipe loading and unloading device,described the design process of make up and unloading device and lifting device,and briefly described the process of loading and unloading rod.During the industrial test,4 340drill pipes were loaded and unloaded by the long drill pipe loading and unloading device,with stable action and reliable performance,which meets the application requirements of loading and unloading long drill pipes for coal mine tunnel drilling rig.
